Hello lovelies. Today, Reading Is Dreaming With Open Eyes turns 1 year old! I can't believe this is happening, last time I checked I still had half a year until the blogoversary. It seems so crazy. I mean I've never been know about my persistence so it feels so freaking amazing to me that I worked hard for something and still don't want to give up on it. This might sound dumb to you but after a while I get bored of everything I start so this is a HUGE thing to me.
First let me thank all the awesome people who supported me and my blog, and then take a look back at my favorite posts.
This blog could never work without my friends who've always listened to my crazy rambling about books, even though I know I'm annoying as hell. And most importantly they never thought that I'm a loser for choosing reading over partying any day.
Then, I have a lot to thank to all the lovely bloggers who take the time to comment on my blog regularly, and who inspire me with their beautiful blogs and thoughtful posts. Special thanks to Sabrina, who's the bestest buddy-read partner, Holly who has one of the warmest and most welcoming blogs in the blogosphere. Let's not forget about Noelia, who is one of the most thoughtful and nicest commenters I've ever seen. Mishma, who doesn't only visit my blog regularly and leaves the most awesome comments, but she was nice enough to give advice about my blog, and a nickname too :DD. I'm sorry if I let any of you out, but do know that I'm incredibly thankful for your comments and support.
I'm so ashamed to say this but I forgot one very important blogger, Annie who was the first ever blogger I talked to and my partner in fangirling over Burn for Burn and crying over Ashes to Ashes. And she will tell me everything about the Taylor Swift concert, now that is a friendship you need to cherish. SO SORRY FOR LEAVING YOU OUT.
Last but not least, I'm thanking YOU. I might not know who you are but I'm really grateful that you're here.
Now, after that super-lame sentence, let's talk a bit about my favorite posts. I know that most bloggers list their most popular posts but two of my most viewed reviews are ones I wrote just after I started blogging and there are so many mistakes in them, and not small ones. I wrote things like: I has. I'm not joking. I know it's stupid but I can't link them here lol.
Favorite negative review: City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare
Favorite positive: The Fall by Bethany Griffin
Favorite discussion (I wrote 2 so far so it's not that hard to choose haha): Should we judge book by their authors?
Favorite other posts: Bookish Awards - Best of 2014 and (Don't) Judge a Book By Its Cover posts - #1: NA Romance, #2: YA Fantasy and My Top Ten Tracks For Halloween
